Their secret was neither complex nor expensive: they ate fresh food crushed slowly in wooden mortars (Okhli), combed their hair with antibacterial Neem wood, cooked in seasoned hard timber, and trusted natural Ayurvedic rasayanas whenever the body fell out of balance.

Today, our modern lifestyles are inundated with synthetic chemical pills, endocrine-disrupting plastics in our kitchens, and chronic stress. We are treating symptoms while forgetting the root cause.

This realization compelled me to establish YogVaibhav. Our mission is two-fold:
